My given name is David Erskine Cummings This is my first blogspot re that I was put under FALSE IMPRISONMENT for 249 days in the FED Gulag system that reminded me of the movie, THE MATRIX, from 1 Dec/2003-10 Aug/2004 AD

I can only conclude I was il-l-eg-ally held to answer...as it seems very clear & certain I'd only done something that was POLITICALLY INCORRECT (TABOO!)--to give out 8OO-TEL-JURY info to poor blacks in a SOUP KITCHEN @ Anderson, S. C., the DEEP SOUTH. I'm white.

An F.BI. report of 3 Dec, 2OO3 was I had NO CRIMINAL record; later rept. was NO JURORS had rec'd my handouts; I'd done this political activity since 1984 & relied on a 1983 S. Ct. case listed #7. in a FIJA, Fully Informed Jury Association pamphlet, being U. S. v. Grace,...(Jury rights activists, such as the person who gave you this brochure, are not participants in the trial, and generally stay outside the courthouse, handing out information to all who will take it, as in exercise of free speech in what the Supreme Court has described as a "free speech zone.") 1983, 461, U.S. 171, 177, 103 S. I've been unable to find an Attorney to handle my lawsuit--a MAXIM is "The Enemy of your enemy is your friend." applies; Since it's TOO hot to handle for white LAWYEERR$--I'm LOOKing for a black Attorney. 28 USC 1654 saves right of self-representation in all courts of the United States (codified fr. #1. Anderson, S.C. 1 Dec, 2003 to 17 Dec, 2003; #2. Bussed to Greenville, S.C., #3. Bussed back to Anderson, S.C. en route to #4. Atlanta, Ga. PENITENTIARY, HOLDOVER HELLHOLE. abt. 7 days there; #5. FLEW on CON-AIR to Okalahoma City, Ok. BOP C.O. there told me I LOOK like a guy that works there & that I'm a Look-A-Like for bad guy in movies SPEED & Easy Riders, Dennis Hopper. Saw name of Timothy McVeigh scrawled on a wall or window there in cell he'd been in. #6. FLEW over shark-infested H2o on way to Miami, Fl. There abt. 2 months.

#7. FLEW back to Atl., Ga. HELLHOLE; abt. 7 days there & bussed to worst HELLHOLE @ Petersburg, Va. #8. Bussed to Spartanburg, S.C. County Jail, FED. HOLDOVER. Asked them why was I being held to answer without an indictment by Grand Jury as is required...one
C.O. replied, "We don't know why you're here, don't care & we're not going to try to find out!" Was there abt. 5 weeks. Hard to keep track of time as they keep taking away homemade calenders, ink pens, pencils, stamps, etc! #9. Bussed back to Atl, Ga. HELLHOLE; there abt. 5 weeks. #10 FLEW to Butner, N.C., there abt. 3 months; Was supposed to have been sent to Butner IMMEDIATELY on 3 Dec, 2003, nexus EMERGENCY Court Order, being 5 & 1/2 months LATE! delayed. #11. Bussed to Petersburg, Va, again. Few days there. #12. Bussed back to Spartanburg, S. C. & set free on 10 Aug, 2004 AD.

Bear in mind this "Ripley's Believe It or Not" could happen to YOU! Now--keep in mind some of the conditions on this Gov't. Fiasco, 249 days. Was STRIP SEARCHED going into & coming out of these lockups; Fingerprinted & pictures taken every place I went, again & again & again...they put hand-cuffs (sometimes with a BLACK BOX locked over cuffs) & leg-irons, shackles (like cows being milked) on us. Always surrounded by U. S. Marshals armed with sawed-off PUMP shotguns & barbed razor wire fences. I was designated PRE-TRIAL & not supposed to be locked up with CONVICTED; but most of time was locked up the convicted. Guess they couldn't read sign on cell doors "PRE-TRIAL ONLY"?! Locked up with a guy convicted of murder by a jury (drug deal gone bad, from Haiti) in Miami, Fl. He got sentenced to LIFE! Locked up with two inmates( CONVICTED) @ Atl, Ga. who robbed & threatened me & the BOP C.O. just laughed about it; wouldn't move me or them to another cell.

Having health problems You'd think they'd have discovered via their blood test that I had Diabetes (unknown to me); they fairly consistently deprived me of my needed medications--such as for Asthma, Acid-Reflux; allergy; high-blood pressure & high-colestral; pain meds re my on job injury, 2 herniated, ruptured spinal discs, lower back & re age--spinal degenerative disc disease, artheritis pain setting in due to age; the P.A. @ Butner, NC had little respect for elderly people--as he wouldn't let me have a lower bunkbed--cuz of my back problem--broke a front tooth on the steel upper bunkbed frame. Now I look like a "toothless dufus", Hillbilly, a hick.
